Big Island trip

Couple new things to report on.

We went to the Big Island last weekend with a few friends of ours. We had a wonderful time hanging out in the chilly weather. We stayed at elevation 4000 ft at the Kiluea Military Camp (Our friend is and ex marine) so the temperature was considerably colder than at a lower elevation. We did some hiking in Volcano National Park, Drove up to the top of Mauna Kea to watch the sunset, and did a lot of relaxing. It was a nice time.

In other news, I just booked a flight to LA at the end of September to play in the UPA Championship Series Mixed division Regionals tournament with a team we put together here in Hawaii. It should be a fun time. I'm excited to play in an actual tournament. Haven't done that in a long while.

That's about all from here. Hope you have a great Labor Day weekend.

Aloha
